About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to be a vital part of our Red Bank team.  Onward Select Recruiters work in a highly collaborative environment with total commitment to customer service and integrity.  We compete against ourselves every day to connect the strongest candidates with the most innovative companies.

Here's what your day will look like:

  • Interact with candidates via our internal database, job boards, social networking, portfolio sites and networking events
  • Thoroughly interview candidates and qualify them for open positions
  • Consistently build and nurture a pipeline of best talent in the area

Requirements:

You’ll be very successful here if you:

  • Have 2+ years experience in the staffing industry, specifically in the IT space
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills
  • Are comfortable engaging with strangers over the phone, in person, or via email
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
