Customer Support Coordinator

Our freelance professionals serve as an on-demand creative force to support the business objectives of our clients. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Support, the Customer Support Coordinator is directly responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for freelance employees with Onward Search. This includes personally managing critical processes like timecard collection, freelance employee questions/concerns, and onboarding paperwork.

 

The Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Processing placements, change requests, and talent on-boarding, change requests, and onboarding paperwork for Onward Search’s offices
  • Manage timecard collection, verification, and data entry (VMS sweeps).
  • Complete contractor invoices as required (weekly/monthly).
  • Manage vendor form requests (W-9).
  • Maintain records in our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn), logging pre-screening requests, non-disclosure agreements, special billing terms, conversion fee breakdowns, etc.
  • Complete I-9 forms and e-Verify forms as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

You’ll be very successful here if you:

  • Have 2+ years of operational support experience (i.e. administrative, financial, human resources) at a sales/service organization.
  • Have 1+ years of demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Have successfully managed the fast-paced flow of information across multiple teams, with shifting priorities, and deadlines.
